Who we are

What we collect
When you request a call, we receive the details you enter in the contact form: your name, company, role, email address, your top priorities and where you lose the most time. We do not use tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Only to plan and hold your intro call, prepare your plan and follow up on it. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Who else sees it
Our contact form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes your message on our behalf. If analytics is enabled, we use a cookieless service that does not store personal data. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details as long as needed for our conversation and any work that follows, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
